AIbot Desk uses personal information only to provide the AI customer service chatbot, to take payment, and to answer support messages.

What we collect

• The email address and message you send to support@aicustomerbot.com, and the WeChat ID if you contact us there.
• The account email and subscription status needed to run a paid chatbot.
• The help articles and customer conversations a business chooses to process with the bot.

Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s payment page. AIbot Desk does not store the full card number.

我们收集你发给客服的邮箱和内容、运行付费机器人所需的账户邮箱和订阅状态，以及企业选择交给机器人处理的资料和对话。银行卡号在 Stripe 的付款页填写，我们不保存完整卡号。

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the chatbot, charge the subscription you approved, provide refunds and cancellations, and reply to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
