服务条款。

These terms cover the paid AI customer service chatbot sold by AIbot Desk at aicustomerbot.com.

The service

We provide an AI chatbot that answers customer-service questions from materials you supply, and a way to hand a conversation to your own staff. You are responsible for the articles, policies, and scripts you give the bot, and for the replies you choose to send to your customers.

我们提供的是 AI 智能客服机器人：根据你提供的资料回答客服问题，并可以把对话转给你的人工客服。你对自己提交的资料，以及最终发给你客户的回复负责。

Payment

Paid use is a subscription. The price and renewal date are shown before you pay. Stripe processes the card payment. The name on the card statement is AIBOT DESK. Cancellation and refunds follow the refund page.

付费使用按订阅计。价格和续费日期在付款前展示。银行卡账单商户名为 AIBOT DESK。取消和退款以退款页为准。

Acceptable use

Do not use the chatbot to break the law, to mislead your customers about who they are talking to, or to upload material you do not have the right to use. We may suspend the service for abuse. Suspension does not by itself refund a period that was already provided.

不得把机器人用于违法、不得对你的客户隐瞒对方是在和机器人对话、不得上传你无权使用的材料。滥用时我们可以暂停服务。已经提供的当期服务不因此自动退款。
